Refund policy
You can exchange or return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. This excludes custom quoted orders that are paid in advance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns are processed using PUDO's (www.pudo.co.za) locker based service . A booking will be made and a notification sent to you indicating the locker location and time frame where the parcel will need to be deposited. We will choose a locker location closest to your delivery address. Refunds will be processed via EFT.
Please supply us with the following details ( sales@simplypartysupplies.co.za ) so that we can process your return:

* Your banking details
### Note : The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. We reserve the right to reject refund claims that do not meet the requirements as specified above. For orders cancelled prior to shipping your refund will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation.
Damaged Goods
Damaged goods should be returned as per the above instructions so we can assess the fault/s and take necessary actions to replace or exchange. Should we assess damages to causes such as factory fault we will create a credit note for the amount to the Customer for use of the same or any other similar products on our site. Simply Party Supplies reserves the right to assess damages and accept or decline any return of damaged goods based on the nature of the damages.
Uncollected Goods
Items that have been paid for but not collected for a period of more than 30 days after payment is made will be sold to defray costs.
