You can exchange or return your purchase within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We will use a door to door courier service to collect the item and once the collection has been completed we will refund your purchase directly to your chosen bank account. Please note that the original courier fees are not refundable however we do not charge for the return collection.
Please supply us with the following details ( sales@simplypartysupplies.co.za ) so that we can process your return:
- Physical address for the courier to collect (if different from the delivery address)
- Any special instructions for the collection (preferred time between 9am and 4pm / access requirements)
- Reason for the return / exchange
- Your banking details for the refund (we are unable to refund via our payment gateway)
Shipping / Return Shipping
The original shipping cost are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. We reserve the right to reject refund claims that do not meet the requirements as specified above. For orders cancelled prior to shipping your refund will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation.
Damaged Goods
Damaged goods should be returned as per the above instructions so we can assess the fault/s and take necessary actions to replace or exchange. Should we assess damages to causes such as factory fault we will create a credit note for the amount to the Customer for use of the same or any other similar products on our site. Simply Party Supplies reserves the right to assess damages and accept or decline any return of damaged goods based on the nature of the damages.
Uncollected Goods
Items that have been paid for but not collected for a period of more than 30 days after payment is made will be sold to defray costs.
