Our online store.

  • Where is your shop?

    We are an online store only and do not have a physical store like a traditional shop. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Johannesburg.  We do not offer collections.

  • Do you have a stockist in Cape Town / Durban ... ?

    No. We only have a warehouse in Johannesburg but we do deliver anywhere in South Africa.

  • Where can I come and see your products before I buy?

    We are an online store only and does not have a bricks and mortar shop where you can physically view our products. All the products that we sell are listed on our e-commerce enabled website. We try to have good pictures and descriptions of our all our products in order to make purchasing online as easy as possible.

  • I need to buy more items than you have in stock?

    If you require a larger quantity of a particular product that the indicated amount we have in stock please contact is first before placing your order. If you are able to add the larger quantity of items to your shopping cart it generally means that we are able to fulfill your order but there may be a waiting period.

  • Do you sell wholesale?

    Yes, we offer for selected products only. Please contact us regarding wholesale ordering.

Payment For Orders

  • How can I pay for my order?

    On the 2nd page of the checkout process you can choose to pay by:

    • PayFast - Credit Card (MasterCard / Visa) / Debit Card , SnapScan / Tyme Bank 

    • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

    • Ozow (EFT)

  • Can I pay using an international credit card?

    Our online payment gateway will accept South African credit cards however we have allowed for certain other cards to be enabled as well.  If you need to pay with a foreign credit card please contact us.

  • Can I pay cash on delivery?

    No. Cash payment are not possible as we use an independent courier service. All orders must be paid before we send out.

  • Please send me your banking details.

    Once your order has been placed online and you have chosen EFT as your payment method you will receive an email with our banking details.

Delivery Of Orders 

  • Deliveries to Johannesburg and Pretoria take 2-3 business days for standard delivery and 3-5 days for slow shipping. 

  • Deliveries to major metropolitan areas (defined as areas that are serviced by a commercial airport)  take 3-5 business days for standard shipping and 5-7 business days for slow shipping.  Orders that can not fit into the following box sizes (23 x 15 x 15cm or 25 x 15 x 25cm) will take an extra day.

  • Deliveries to regional areas (within 80km of a commercial airport) usually take 3-5 business days.

  • Deliveries to outlying areas (not within 80km of a commercial airport) usually takes 5-7 full business days. Where door delivery services are not available we make use of self service locker collection points available nationwide.

  • In the case of PUDO locker collection points please note that you have 24 hours to collect from the locker near you from when the email / sms notification is sent to you by The Courier Guy/PUDO. If you fail to collect within that time frame any further costs to have it rebooked will be for customers own account. 

  • We reserve the right to use an alternative slower delivery service for areas where our normal courier service will charge a surcharge.

  • The courier service will not be able to delivery to the following locations: chain-store, embassy, government departments, remote plots, farms, hospitals and power stations. If orders are placed to any of these delivery addresses we will make use of the closest self service locker location and delivery times will be impacted.

  • What is the cut-off time for daily orders?

    We only pack orders once a day between 07h00 and 08h00.  As long as the order is received before 07h00 it can still be packed and shipped that day.

  • Can I choose to collect my order?

    Unfortunately we are an online only business and cannot offer that service.  We have recently started to make use of an express delivery service that can delivery to JHB and PTA within a few hours of the order being packed.  Please contact us with your delivery address for a quote and details.

  • Do you deliver to PO boxes or use Postnet?

    For your convenience and our peace of mind we only make use of a courier service to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. We not send via Post Office or Postnet however contact us for information on a new nationwide self service locker system that can be used instead.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We are only able to ship to physical addresses located inside the borders of South Africa.

    Browse through our site and find a product that you would like to purchase. 

    From the product collection page you can click the Add To Cart button.

  • How do I use a discount code?

    Click on the 'Secure Checkout Process' button.

    On the checkout page, look out for the discount section.

    Enter the code into the block and click Apply.
