Our online store

  • Where is your shop?

    We are an online store only and do not have a physical store like a traditional shop. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Johannesburg.  We do not offer collections.

  • Do you have a stockist in Cape Town / Durban ... ?

    No. We only have a warehouse in Johannesburg but we do deliver anywhere in South Africa.

  • Where can I come and see your products before I buy?

    We are an online store only and does not have a bricks and mortar shop where you can physically view our products. All the products that we sell are listed on our e-commerce enabled website. We try to have good pictures and descriptions of our all our products in order to make purchasing online as easy as possible.

Our products

  • What does the green In Stock sticker mean?

    The green In Stock sticker indicates that the product is physically in our warehouse and can be shipped as soon as payment has been received. Please refer to the Deliveries section for further details.

  • What does the blue Order sticker mean?

    The blue Order sticker means that the product is not physically in our warehouse in Johannesburg and that we will need to order it from our supplier once your order has been completed and payment made. The number of working days required for the order is displayed on the product page.

  • I need to buy more items than you have in stock?

    If you require a larger quantity of a particular product that the indicated amount we have in stock please contact is first before placing your order. If you are able to add the larger quantity of items to your shopping cart it generally means that we are able to fulfill your order but there may be a waiting period.

  • Do you sell wholesale?

    Yes. Please contact us regarding wholesale ordering.

Payment For Orders

  • How can I pay for my order?

    On the 2nd page of the checkout process you can choose to pay by:

    • PayFast - Credit Card (MasterCard / Visa)
    • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
    • Bank Deposit (please note - goods will only be released once the funds have cleared)

  • Can I pay using an international credit card?

    No. Our online payment gateway will only accept South African credit cards.

  • Can I pay cash on delivery?

    No. Cash payment are not possible for courier deliveries.

  • Please send me your banking details.

    Once your order has been placed online and you have chosen EFT as your payment method you will receive an email with our banking details.

Delivery Of Orders

  • How much do you charge for delivery?

    Our delivery costs and free shipping conditions are as follows:

    • Shipping to Johannesburg and Pretoria via door-to-door courier costs R65.00 incl vat and is free for orders over R500*

    • Shipping to all other major city centers via door-to-door courier costs R90.00 incl vat and is free for orders over R750*
      • Only the following are considered major cities :  Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, Kimberly, Nelspruit, Pietermaritzburg, Port Elizabeth, Polokwane, Richards Bay

    • Shipping to all all other areas / outlying areas via door-to-door courier costs R145.00 incl vat and is free for orders over R1000*
      • Outlying areas are considered to be anywhere that is not within 30km a major city center listed above.  This includes towns like Vryburg, Lydenburg,Plettenberg Bay, Mossel Bay, Thabazimbi, Vryheid, Secunda, Witbank etc

      • Shipping to all Townships via door-to-door courier costs R145.00 incl vat

      • Express overnight courier via door-to-door courier costs R200.00 incl vat
        • This option is only available for the following cities :  Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, Kimberly, Nelspruit, Pietermaritzburg, Port Elizabeth, Polokwane, Richards Bay
        • Orders must be placed and paid for my 8am Mon - Thu for delivery by COB the next day.
        • No weekend deliveries
        • Free shipping options do not apply to Express deliveries

      * after any discount has been applied

    • PLEASE NOTE THAT WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER SHOULD OUR COURIER NOT SERVICE THAT AREA AND THE SPECIAL TRIP COST IS MORE THAN OUR NORMAL SHIPPING COSTS.  IN THIS CASE WE WILL REFUND THE AMOUNT TO THE CUSTOMER. 
      • How long does it take for delivery.

          • Johannesburg / Pretoria (1 full business day + 1 for delivery / no weekend delivery)
            • Orders placed before 08h00 Monday - Thursday are delivered the following day.
            • Orders placed on a Friday before 08h00 will be delivered on Monday and orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
            • Orders placed after 08h00 are shipped the next business day and delivered the day after.

          • All other major city centers and outlying areas (2 full business days + 1 for delivery / no weekend delivery)
            • 1- 2 full business days for major cities (eg CT, Durban etc - see our full list), and 2 - 3 days for outlying areas (eg Malmesbury, Plettenberg Bay, Secunda, Witbank etc - see our full list)

          •  Express Overnight
            • Limited to major city centers only (see above).
            • Orders must be placed and paid for by 08h00 Mon - Thu for delivery by COB the next day.

          • Note: These delivery times are only valid for products marked with the green Ready-To-Ship sticker.

    • What is the cut-off time for overnight delivery?

      The cut-off time for overnight deliveries for Johannesburg / Pretoria is 08h00 (Mon - Thu).

    • Can I choose to collect my order?

      No. We do not offer collection as an option.

    • Do you deliver to PO boxes.

      No. For your convenience and our peace of mind we make use of a door-to-door courier service to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

    • Do you ship internationally?

      No. We only ship to physical addresses located inside the borders of South Africa.
